Flexstar Financial Solutions Subpoena Policy
Service of Subpoenas by Mail, Fax, or Email
All Flexstar Financial Solutions entities require that service of process be made in full compliance with applicable law. Flexstar Financial Solutions entities do not as a practice accept service of process by any means not specifically authorized by applicable law, including email, facsimile, or mail. However, if service by mail of your subpoena is permitted by applicable law, please send your subpoena to the appropriate Flexstar Financial Solutions entity at the following address:

Please note that this address is to be used for subpoenas only, when service by mail is permitted by applicable law. In addition, please do not send subpoenas to any fax number, Post Office box address, email address, or other mail address, even if a Flexstar Financial Solutions entity previously requested that subpoenas be sent to such number or address.
Flexstar Financial Solutions Operating Entity
All subpoenas must be issued and served upon the legal entity in full compliance with applicable law in order to permit that entity to provide a response. In addition, because Flexstar Financial Solutions does not have a designated custodian of records, a subpoena must be directed to Corporate Legal Counsel that maintains the requested records.
Reasonable Period of Time for a Response
Flexstar Financial Solutions exercises reasonable efforts to respond in a timely manner to subpoenas that are validly issued and served in full compliance with applicable law but such responses can take approximately 30-45 days or more from receipt to complete depending on the complexity of your request. Please ensure that the scope of your subpoena is limited to only those records necessary for your legal matter and that the subpoena identifies the account holder and account number or account holder social security number to allow us to more quickly provide a response.
Fees for Compliance
We reserve the right to charge reasonable copying costs and administrative fees prior to the production of documents in response to any subpoena. Alternatively, we may issue an invoice to you. Except as otherwise permitted by law, Flexstar Financial Solutions’ subpoena compliance fees are as follows:
|Research Costs — $22.00/hour (or $7.50 per quarter hour)
Per Page Copying Costs — $0.25 per page (black and white)
Foreign State Subpoenas
For any subpoena issued from a state court in a state in which the Flexstar Financial Solutions or witness to which the subpoena is directed does not reside, please ensure that this subpoena is issued and served in accordance with the applicable interstate compacts of the applicable states that may permit the domestication of a foreign state subpoena. Alternatively, Flexstar Financial Solutions will accept a signed authorization from the customer, stating what records are to be provided.

The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) provides financial relief and protections to eligible military personnel serving on active duty. Flexstar Financial Solutions is committed to both the letter and spirit of the SCRA, including provision of benefits and protections above and beyond what is required under the SCRA in certain situations.
Under Flexstar Financial Solutions’ SCRA Program, benefits for eligible products include:
- A maximum interest rate of 6% on accounts owned and serviced by Flexstar Financial Solutions

Eligible Servicemembers include:
- Active duty members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps or Coast Guard
- Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corp or Coast Guard reservists serving on active duty
- National Guard members in qualifying active service
- Commissioned officers of the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration and Public Health Service on active service

Loans other than credit cards and lines of credit are eligible as long as they were opened before the start of the active duty period.

Processing your request
- Within 30 days, you will receive a response from Flexstar Financial Solutions regarding the status of your request.
- In addition to reviewing any military orders provided, Flexstar Financial Solutions will check the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) website to determine eligibility. If we are unable to verify eligibility we will send you a written request to obtain a copy of acceptable military documents.

Managing Your Online and Mobile Preferences
Online Tracking & Advertising on our Sites or Apps
As you access our online services over time, cookies and similar technologies such as web beacons allow us to collect information such as browser type, pages visited, preferences, and your relationship with us. Flexstar Financial Solutions may customize content and advertisements for our products and services on the websites or mobile apps we own. In order to make the content and advertising as informative and useful as possible, we may use information about your relationship with us (such as types of accounts, transactional information or the state in which you bank). Currently, for online advertising purposes, our website does not respond to browser “do not track” signals, but these signals may be used for fraud prevention. However, if you choose, you can set your website browser to inform you when cookies are sent or you may choose not to accept cookies. Your decision not to accept cookies could limit access to some of the services and offers that are available on our website. If you are a customer and you elect to opt out of receiving email advertisements, we may still send you emails about your account relationships with us. If your name was previously selected for any of our upcoming email offers, it is possible for you to receive information from Flexstar Financial Solutions up to 10 business days after your request has been submitted.
If you receive an email that claims to be from us but you are not sure, or if you think it is suspicious, do not click on any of the links in the e-mail then delete it.
Updating Your Information
Keeping your account information up-to-date is very important. You may review, or update certain account information by logging into your account online.
